 It’s all for the better tomorrow

Sustainability is becoming an important part of our business strategy. Key foundations in our sustainability agenda are social and environmental responsibility. We understand the importance also for companies of our size to carry the responsibility for better tomorrow.  

Our focus in social responsibility agenda are securing safe working conditions to our personnel, allowing freedom of association and recognition of collective bargaining, eliminating fully use of the forced and child labour and eliminating discrimination in our organization in any forms. Especially safe working conditions and supporting improvement of occupational health and safety performance are high on our agenda.

In environmental responsibility we are aiming to support the circularity, combating against climate change by focusing especially in energy efficient incentives including also CO2 reduction and minimising waste in our operations.  We are happy to be a part of the supply of renewable and recyclable materials delivered mainly to packaging industry, who will produce sustainable products for consumers around Europe. Being a part of this supply chain gives us a good position to collaborate with our customers’ and other stakeholders to learn more and take necessary initiatives to support the sustainability.

From 2021 on Konvertia Group has been a part of UN’s Global Compact Programme. We will follow the principles set by the programme fully.
